All items are mailed via USPS, domestic shipping only. Orders are process and shipped within 1-2 Business Days. During new releases or sales when order volumes are high than normal, please allow an additional 1-2 business days process time. Standard delivery times range from 5-7 business days.

Item Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our posted processing and shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames.
However, external factors such as customs inspection can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping exceeds 30 business days, you can contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as ‘delivered’ when the package reaches your local post office – we advise to give the post office a call and arrange for pickup or delivery.
Due to Covid-19 and the health & safety of our team, returns are only allowed if the item is defective.
To initiate a return, email our team with your order number and an image of the defective product. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with tags still attached and with any enclosed documentation.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for that value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are not refundable.
Please note we will refund an item if its faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for all returns to be processed.
